Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 33bmw ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the 33bmw website and its associated services ("you", "the User", "the Player"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or making use of any service offered on the 33bmw platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
33bmw reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 1. Eligibility
Clause 1.1
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to register for and use the 33bmw platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, playing, or depositing on the 33bmw platform.

- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or subject to any self-exclusion order you have placed on your own account.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
2. Account Registration and Security
Clause 2.1
Registration Requirements
To access the full features of the 33bmw platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. 33bmw reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:
- Each person may hold only one registered account on the 33bmw platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension.
- Only one account is permitted per household address. Accounts found to share the same IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method in a manner consistent with the same individual operating multiple accounts may be suspended.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
- You must notify 33bmw support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- 33bmw will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
Clause 2.2
Account Verification (KYC)
33bmw reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage of the player's lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing account review. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure. Winnings generated during a period of non-compliance with a verification request may be withheld pending satisfactory resolution.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Clause 3.1
Deposit Terms
33bmw accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of your deposit. The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the 33bmw platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 33bmw, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
- 33bmw charges no deposit fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 33bmw does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.
- 33bmw reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unauthorised use of the payment account.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Terms
Players may request withdrawal of available funds (excluding any locked bonus balances) at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered 33bmw account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Pending verification requests must be resolved before a withdrawal can be processed. 33bmw will not process withdrawal requests from accounts with outstanding KYC documentation.
- 33bmw targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. 33bmw does not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Clause 4.1
General Bonus Terms
33bmw offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to a particular promotion:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Transfer of bonuses between accounts is strictly prohibited.
- 33bmw reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend bonus terms with reasonable notice, and to disqualify any player found to be abusing the bonus system.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Duplicate claims will be voided.
- Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for the game(s) specified in the promotion terms only and expire within the timeframe stated. Winnings from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Clause 5.1
Conduct That Is Strictly Prohibited
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 33bmw platform. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
- Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or sports fraud.
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Registering more than one account, or registering under a false name, false date of birth, or any other fraudulent identity.
- Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute any deposit made to the 33bmw platform through your payment provider after the funds have been credited to your account and used for wagering.
- Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability to gain winnings or credits that would not otherwise have been available.
33bmw employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be investigated and, where the breach is confirmed, will be permanently closed. 33bmw reserves the right to recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct, including by offsetting them against outstanding balances or taking legal action where appropriate.
6. Responsible Gaming
Clause 6.1
Responsible Gaming Commitment
33bmw is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders directly within their account settings:
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period as specified in the account settings.
- Session time reminders: players may configure automatic session reminders that notify them of how long they have been active on the platform.
- Self-exclusion: players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no new account registrations will be accepted from the same individual.
- Cooling-off periods: players who wish to take a short break from gambling without full self-exclusion may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no deposits or bets can be placed.
7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content
All content on the 33bmw platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 33bmw or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without the express written consent of 33bmw. Game content displayed on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any game content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability

Exclusions and Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33bmw shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:
- Any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 33bmw platform.
- Any interruption to the platform caused by technical failure, scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 33bmw's reasonable control.
- Any inaccuracy in odds or game results caused by a technical error, provided that 33bmw takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the error and communicates the outcome to affected players.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Clause 9.1
Grounds for Suspension or Closure
33bmw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct clauses, eligibility requirements, or payment terms.
- Failure to complete account verification within the required timeframe, or the provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraudulent activity, or any other criminal conduct connected to the player's account activity.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the responsible gaming self-exclusion procedure.
10. Amendments to These Terms
Clause 10.1
Right to Amend
33bmw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — for example, changes to deposit or withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or player rights — 33bmw will provide registered users with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or reorganisation of existing content) may be made without advance notice.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the 33bmw website. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 33bmw platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 33bmw platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies designated by the platform operator. Players who have concerns about their account or any platform decision are encouraged to contact 33bmw support in the first instance to seek resolution informally before initiating formal proceedings.
Clause 11.2
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game result, bonus calculation, or account decision, players must contact 33bmw support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 33bmw will acknowledge the dispute within 5 business days and provide a written response within 28 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through the internal complaints process, the player may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by 33bmw at the time of the complaint.
